Ms. Ayesha Zameer is an Assistant Professor (Adhoc) in the Department of English of Mirza Ghalib College,Gaya,Bihar. She has been teaching English literature for over three years. Her Alma maters are Aligarh Muslim University and Jamia Millia Islamia. Reading and teaching Commonwealth literature is her main area of interest.She has also worked on Indian English writer Anita Nair. She has actively managed and organised several extra curricular activities of the college. And also she has been an enthusiast teacher who not only focused on her regular classes but also an expert in using multiple types of technology for conducting her classes. She always involved students in interesting and diverse group activities for their overall development. She is well-versed in adapting course materials to meet established standards and individual academic capabilities. She has published several abstracts and articles in various journals. Also,she has presented papers in many Seminars and Conferences. Recently,during the COVID-19 lockdown, she has attended two National and three International Webinars to keep herself updated with the happenings and developments in the field of literature and also to interact with distinguished Researchers and Academicians. And presently she is working on feminist literature and Indian women writers.
